The Coral Reef is primarily a weekly rental vacation villa, a three day minimum for weekend getaways. Additional days may be added at a nominal rate for weekly rentals. Please ask about multiple week rental discount.
Upon receipt of your reservation, we will send you a confirmation for your reservation. A deposit of 50% of the rental amount is due to hold your requested dates until 30 days prior to your arrival, at which time the balance of the rental fee is due. If the balance is not received in a timely manner, your reservation will become "conditional", subject to someone else renting it by paying the full amount. (Refer to the Cancellation/Refund Policy below for reservation priorities and rates.) *Please note--some holidays are excluded from specials or posted weekly rates. CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY
If circumstances require you to cancel your reservation, there is no penalty if the cancellation is GREATER THAN 30 DAYS prior to your reservation. If the cancellation is BETWEEN 8 AND 30 DAYS prior to your reservation, 25% of the total amount due is forfeited. If the cancellation is 7 DAYS OR LESS prior to your reservation, the entire amount is forfeited.
PAYMENTS
We now accept payments of personal checks as well as credit cards via ProPay. We can Send an E-mail Invoice or you can contact us directly to process a Credit Card.
